Sewage

The village is on a sewerage system, we will need a connection in the street (over 3m deep) to an inspection chamber suitable for adoption by the water authority. Once this has been adopted this will provide the demarcation of responsibility for maintenance. We will also need to install a sewerage pipe along the length of the driveway to the corner of the house, approximately 40m run.

We intend to have all sewage pipes take the shortest possible route to the edge of the building, and then run along the outside of the walls to an inspection chamber at the south east corner where it will join the run to the street.

We intend for there to be access points at each pipe junction or 90 degree corner. Additionally there should be inspection/rodding access at the end of each run.
